Jon did an amazing job going over everything with my Mom and myself and he was very patient with us as we had no clue about roofing. He did an amazing job explaining everything to us. And they were very thorough with the roof replacement making sure everything was done right and that the roof job was perfect! The workers were very hard working! They cleaned up everything when they finished and anything they had to move to work, they put back exactly where they moved it from! "We recently placed an order with Alltimate for a full window replacement for our Air BNB, as our current windows were about 30 years old. Not only did Alltimate beat the price of two other well known companies - one company they beat their price by a little bit, the other company, by a landslide - but Alltimate also had the shortest wait time on the windows actually arriving, as most windows need to be custom built. The windows arrived on Friday, I was assuming we would schedule the job in the next coming week or two. We always have to work around guest reservations. Alltimate actually offered to install the windows that immediate SUNDAY after my weekend guests checked out, and Alltimate came out to do that job on a Sunday afternoon. We knew they would need to come back some time during the week to finish. I went on home, thinking they would be heading out soon. They stayed. They finished it all in one day. They sent me a text telling me since this home provides income for my family they are going to stay late and finish. I had it closed the next two days but was able to reopen it to receive bookings.
