Michael performed a roofing inspection for me to determine whether I needed to replace the roof at this time. As it turns out, I have approximately 10 years of life still in the roof. Thanks Michael for your honest inspection and for saving me the expense at this time!! I will be back in touch when it is closer to time for a replacement.
