They Fixed Everything
After having called 5-6 roofing companies, I called ALL-TIMATE ROOFING. My house is well known throughout my town as the impossible roof leak. There was even a lawsuit with the previous owner and yet another roofing company. I was told all types of excuses as to why my roof was leaking and some of the roofing companies didnt even come back! When ALL-TIMATE ROOFING came out to my home they told me that it was a multitude of reasons and that it would take a lot, but they could do it. (Finally, someone who is straight forward!) My roof is made up of both shingles and rubber roofing with a 20 ft. stone chimney. These guys did everything just as they said they would! They also informed me that all the things they were doing may not fix all the leaks, but they would not stop until they did. THey FIXED EVERYTHING THE FIRST TIME! I am just so tickled that after going through all these other professional roofing companies the team at ALL-TIMATE ROOFING was finally here! Thank you SO MUCH ALL-TIMATE ROOFING!
Excellent Job
They did an excellent job. However, there was a leak that ruined the ceiling in the garage. They came immediately to see and photo the damage. The sheetrock team was there within the week. They not only repaired the damaged area, but painted the whole garage ceiling so that everything would match.
Good Advice
Ryan was great to work with. Gave very good advice on roofing materials. Didnt push for the most expensive options. Very knowledgeable; knew how to address gap between roof and house. Straight shooter. Crew was fantastic. Big job completed in one day. Cleaned up so well couldnt tell they had been here.
Great Experience
What a great experience and customer service. They came out quickly, surveyed the roof, climbed into the attic and discovered the problem. By far the best response Team in the industry.
